Xiaomi announced the launch of its new generation of smart sensors called “Xiaomi Pro Human Sensor”. This product, which is known as the upgraded version of Xiaomi’s human sensor, will be available for pre-sale on the Xiaomi Yupin platform from August 21 to 28.
This smart sensor is equipped with 24 GHz millimeter wave radar technology, which is capable of accurate and real-time tracking of people’s position in the environme. With the help of this technology, the sensor can be set to automatically activate various smart scenarios when people eer specified areas.
Other promine features of this product include 3-year battery life in the standard version, simultaneous detection of 12 areas without ierference, 110-degree viewing angle, the ability to track the moveme of people up to a distance of 7 meters, and detect people living up to a distance of 4 meters. Also, this sensor is able to track three differe objects at the same time. Xiaomi Pro human sensor has significaly improved its diagnostic capabilities by using a combination of hidden infrared sensors and high-power radar. The device is capable of sending four signals simultaneously and its settings can be customized according to users’ needs.
The price of this product is 349 yuan (about 49 US dollars) in the pre-sale period. After the end of the pre-sale period, the price will increase to 399 yuan (about 56 USD). Also, the possibility of supplying this product in global markets will also be investigated in the future.
