Artificial ielligence developed in Bradford has been used to analyze the mystery of Raphael's Madonna of the Rose paiing.
The use of artificial ielligence in the field of analysis of artistic and historical works has grown significaly for some time. Recely, an artificial ielligence model has been used to analyze the Madonna of the Rose and uncover the mystery of Raphael's paiing.
This paiing has always attracted art lovers and experts, it shows Maryam, Yusef Najar, the childhood of Jesus and the baby John in one picture. This paiing was believed to be Raphael's own handiwork for ceuries, uil art historians began to doubt it.
Since the 19th ceury, art experts have sought to discover the secret of Raphael's paiing and believe that the figure of Joseph in this paiing was added later and is not Raphael's handiwork.
Analysis of Madonna of the Rose for the mystery of Raphael's paiing
Some time ago, this paiing was analyzed using an artificial ielligence model developed by Hasan Yougil, a professor at Bradford University. The result of this investigation shows that the face of Yusuf Najar was paied by another paier, but the rest of the work is probably Raphael's work.
The algorithm developed by Yougil was trained on 49 Raphael paiings and can recognize his works with 98% accuracy. In the case of this paiing, initial investigations showed that 60% of it is Raphael's own work, and it was finally determined that the face of Yusuf Najjar is not Raphael's work.
The researchers analyzed another paiing named Haddo Madonna in a similar way. This work is also one of the mysterious paiings attributed to Raphael. Artificial ielligence has also attributed this work to Raphael.
Hassan Yugil says that he doesn't know anything about art and the response of artists to his work may be cold. From his poi of view, differe artists are all of the opinion that such analyzes and analytical activities are distractions. But Yougill believes that eveually artists will have more faith in artificial ielligence.
He believes that artificial ielligence will not eveually replace humans. The autheication process has a multiple impact and artificial ielligence-based software is ultimately a helpful tool in this way.
