Elon Musk has removed the misinformation reporting tool from Platform X (formerly Twitter), according to research firm Reset.Tech. The tool allowed users to report false information about the election.

In this report, more than 6000 posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, X and YouTube platforms were analyzed.
The meioned report shows that the detection rate of false information on X is higher than on other platforms, and this means that the possibility of users encouering false information on this social network is much higher than on others. Among the 6 main platforms, YouTube had the least amou of spreading false information.
According to previous reports, the amou of misinformation and hate speech on X has increased dramatically since Elon Musk took over the company, but Musk denied this in an ierview with the BBC and claimed that the platform’s Community Notes feature, which allows users to Allowing them to determine whether posts are genuine or not is a much better way to check the autheicity of coe published on the platform.
