According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, the Norwegian Refugee Council, one of the largest independent aid groups active in Gaza, strongly warned about the consequences of reducing the activities of relief organizations in Gaza.

The spokesperson of the Norwegian Refugee Council, Shayna Lo, announced that the withdrawal of humanitarian and aid organizations from the Gaza Strip could have disastrous consequences.

He emphasized that in the current situation, Gaza needs an increase in humanitarian aid, not a decrease in the activities of relief organizations.

The spokesperson of this institution added that any restriction or stoppage in the work of humanitarian organizations will intensify the existing crisis and have a serious negative impact.
