According to the Mehr news agency, quoted by UNN, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Russian Presidential Office (Kremlin), announced on Wednesday that a meeting between the heads of Russia, the United States and Ukraine is possible only in the final stage of negotiations.

The spokesman of the Russian presidential office added that separate calls between Putin and Zelensky are still doubtful.

According to him, the tripartite framework is possible only after achieving specific results in the negotiations.
