President of the European Council: Russia has intensified its attacks – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to the Mehr News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Antonio Costa, the President of the Council of Europe, in a speech in line with the war-making between Kiev and Moscow, claimed that Europe still stands shoulder to shoulder with the people of Ukraine.

The head of the European Council then continued: Russia must seriously come to the negotiation table. Moscow has not achieved its goals in Ukraine. We will not allow Russia to win at the negotiating table after defeat on the battlefield!

Antonio Costa then added: Russia is intensifying its attacks and targeting critical energy infrastructure in Ukraine.
