According to Mehr news agency, British Foreign Minister Yvette Cooper published a message on her X account today (Saturday) and wrote: I am happy to be in Washington to talk with Marco Rubio (US Secretary of State).

The British Foreign Secretary then added: “We discussed Ukraine, Gaza, Iran and efforts to achieve a humanitarian ceasefire in Sudan, as well as the importance of cooperation on vital minerals.” The UK-US partnership is vital to our security and prosperity.
