UN spokesperson: Israel’s actions are against international laws – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to Mehr news agency, Stephane Dujarric, the spokesperson of the United Nations Secretary General, called the expansionist policies of the Zionist regime in the West Bank “a clear violation of international law” in a conversation with Al Jazeera.

He severely criticized the recent statements of some Israeli cabinet ministers who support the complete elimination of the so-called “two-state” solution, saying: “Israel’s decisions facilitate the expulsion of Palestinians from their lands in the West Bank and are a factor for instability in the region.”

Dujarric also emphasized that UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will continue to press member states to move towards a political process leading to a so-called two-state solution.

He added: “We have no alternative but a two-state solution.”
