According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized: I agreed to the unconditional and long-term cease-fire plan of America (to stop the war in Ukraine).

He did not mention the details of his agreement.

America is trying to establish a temporary ceasefire in Ukraine and be able to record it as an achievement, fruitless efforts that have not led anywhere.
