According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said in a speech today: Security Council reforms are necessary to increase the representation of countries and its effectiveness.

In this regard, the Secretary General of the United Nations said: The Security Council should lead the efforts to re-establish the rule of law in the world. All countries must respect the International Court of Justice and fully implement its binding decisions without discrimination.

This is while the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Prime Minister Netanyahu and former Minister of War Yoav Galant in November 2 years ago due to their crimes in Gaza. In response, the United States targeted some of the judges of this international body for sanctions, an action that drew strong reactions from many world authorities.
