According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Tass, Steve Witkoff, the special envoy of the President of the United States of America, announced that the negotiations of the meeting of supporters of Ukraine in Paris in the field of bilateral security guarantees and development of an economic plan for the reconstruction of this country have achieved progress.
“We have made significant progress on several critical areas of work, including a framework for bilateral security guarantees and a plan for prosperity and economic prosperity,” Wittkoff wrote in a message on the X social network.
The US President’s special envoy continued: We agree with the coalition that stable security guarantees and serious economic support are essential elements for achieving sustainable peace in Ukraine, and we will continue to cooperate in this direction.
Witkoff emphasized that Washington and its partners will continue their efforts to strengthen long-term security and stability in Ukraine.
Negotiations of the countries supporting Ukraine were held in Paris on Tuesday.
