According to RCO News Agency, AFP reported: The Supreme Constitutional Court of Venezuela to “Delsey Rodríguez”, Maduro’s deputy, ordered that in the form of temporaryto assume the powers of the president of this country.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil announced: In the absence of Nicolás Maduro, who has been detained in America, we recognize Rodríguez as the transitional president of this country.

The ministry also emphasized: Latin American and Caribbean countries will hold an extraordinary meeting to determine a common position against the US attack on Venezuela.
