Lebanon’s Hezbollah: Diplomacy without power is of no use – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Akhbar newspaper, Ali Fayyaz, a member of the faction loyal to the resistance in the Lebanese Parliament, emphasized that any diplomatic or political effort to achieve national rights, if it is not based on the elements of strength, stability and stability, will be useless.
He pointed out that the government needs a minimum balance that should not be ignored, because this balance is the basis of protecting sovereignty and realizing national interests.
Fayaz stated that the enemy’s criminal actions, which have exceeded international decisions, agreements and laws in Lebanon and throughout the region, once again confirm the legitimacy of the resistance and deepen the need for it, because the resistance exercises its natural right to defend itself and protect its rights in the absence of any alternative guarantee.
He pointed out that the proposed alternatives mean abandoning Lebanon and surrendering to the enemy, and it will lead to a disastrous fate.
This senior member of Hezbollah said that the request to transfer to the “second stage” related to the north of the Litani river, comes at a time when the enemy continues to occupy parts of the southern borders of the river and prevents the deployment of the Lebanese army and continues its attacks and assassinations in Lebanon, which is a rejected request to unilaterally adhere to Israel’s conditions, which goes beyond Resolution 1701.
In the end, Fayaz stressed that Lebanon’s interests require strengthening internal unity and avoiding division, because weakening the internal front is in the enemy’s favor. He called for the integration of national efforts and positions to confront the occupation and realize the complete withdrawal of Israel and other national goals.
