Martyrdom of 400 Palestinians since the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to Mehr news agency, citing Al Jazeera, sources in Gaza hospitals announced that since the ceasefire came into force last October, 400 Palestinians have been martyred in the attacks of the Zionist regime, and a significant part of the victims are civilians.

The Islamic resistance movement Hamas issued a statement on Thursday, 17 Mehr 1404, announcing that after the negotiations, an agreement was reached to stop the war in the Gaza Strip and implement the prisoner exchange process. After that, the Zionist army confirmed the beginning of the ceasefire in Gaza by publishing a notice on Friday, 18 October 1404.

Palestinian sources and medical institutions have repeatedly reported frequent violations of the ceasefire by the Zionist regime. The Gaza Strip is still facing critical conditions, a severe lack of medical facilities, the continuation of the siege and extensive pressure on medical and service infrastructure.
