Hamas’s reaction to the statement of 200 international organizations in support of Gaza – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to the Mehr news agency, citing the Palestine Information Center, the Islamic resistance movement Hamas, in response to the joint statement of the United Nations and more than 200 international relief organizations, emphasized that the obstacles imposed by the occupying regime have seriously endangered humanitarian operations in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement published by Hamas for this purpose, it is stated that the warning of the United Nations about the possibility of canceling the registration of dozens of international aid organizations by the Zionist regime requires immediate and serious action by the international community to force the occupiers to stop their criminal policies and mobilize all capacities to provide aid to the Palestinian nation in the shadow of the ongoing humanitarian disaster.
Hamas emphasized that the criminal Zionist regime led by Benjamin Netanyahu has deepened the suffering of the people of Gaza by systematically intensifying the siege, using humanitarian aid and depriving civilians of the most basic rights of life, and these actions are the continuation of genocide against Gaza in various forms.
The statement further states that these policies are a clear violation of the ceasefire agreement signed with the mediation of the United States; An agreement that has so far been associated with hundreds of violations in the field and has led to the martyrdom of hundreds of Palestinians due to direct military attacks or disruptions in the process of providing relief and resettling refugees.
In the end, Hamas asked the American government and the mediators who guaranteed the ceasefire agreement to guarantee the full implementation of this agreement with immediate intervention, prevent the continuation of repeated violations by the Zionist regime, and oblige this regime to fulfill its humanitarian and aid obligations, including facilitating the activities of international aid organizations.
Earlier, the United Nations along with 200 international humanitarian organizations in the world warned about the restrictions of the Zionist regime in preventing humanitarian aid from reaching the Gaza Strip.
Hamas spokesman: The martyrdom of Gazan children due to the cold is the result of the continuation of Zionist crimes
On the other hand, Hazem Qassem, the spokesman of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas, announced that the continued death of children in the Gaza Strip due to extreme cold, including the latest case that happened in the city of Khan Yunis, is a clear crime that occurs as a result of the continuation of the siege and preventing the occupying regime from rebuilding and providing proper shelter after the genocide in Gaza.
He added that the presence of IDPs, especially children, in tents and the lack of proper accommodation facilities and heating devices is the main cause of these human disasters and despite all the calls for the entry of temporary houses and the start of reconstruction, the international community has not taken any serious action to save the children of Gaza.
Pointing out that children in Gaza used to die under the bombardment of the Zionists and are now victims of the cold, Qassem called for immediate and real action by the international community to prevent the escalation of the crisis and the occurrence of mass deaths.
He also asked the American government and the president of this country to put pressure on the Zionist regime to adhere to the commitments of the ceasefire, the arrival of humanitarian aid, real settlement and the reopening of the crossings.
