Kremlin: Things are getting worse for Zelensky every day
Declaring that the Western forces are somehow in control of Ukraine’s anti-corruption institutions, the Kremlin spokesman said that the position of the President of Ukraine is “deteriorating every day” both inside the country and on the front lines of the war.
According to Isna, “Dmitry Peskov”, the spokesman of the Kremlin, stated today (Sunday) that the Western forces are somehow in control of the “National Anti-Corruption Agency of Ukraine” and the “Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office”.
He added that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “has been forced to change his decisions many times under pressure from the West.”
Peskov also described Zelensky’s situation as “deteriorating” and said, “One thing is certain: Zelensky and the Kiev regime are missing more and more opportunities every day. “Their situation is getting worse every day both inside the country and on the front lines.”
According to Peskov, global and international developments are accelerating and countries must be ready for a quick reaction. He emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin reacts “timely and effectively, in the interests of Russia”.
In another part of his speech, the Kremlin spokesman confirmed that Steve Witkoff, the special representative of the US President, who has played an important role in the talks between Washington, Moscow and Kiev in recent months, will arrive in Russia early next week, before Putin leaves for an official visit to India.
