The periodic meeting of political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland was held in Warsaw with the presence of Mahmoud Heydari, Assistant Minister and Director General of the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran and Piotr Kozlowski, Director General of the Middle East and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.
According to Isna, in this meeting, which was attended by the ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Warsaw, “Isa Kameli” and a number of managers and experts of the foreign ministries of the two countries, bilateral relations and ongoing plans to strengthen relations and cooperation were discussed and exchanged.
Pointing to the importance of using existing capacities and upcoming opportunities to strengthen Iran-Poland relations, the parties emphasized the necessity of using the opportunity of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries for this purpose.
