According to Mehr news agency, citing Al-Mayadin, the Zionist regime’s army announced that 6 soldiers of this regime were wounded during the conflict with Syrian youths in the town of Beit Jen in the suburbs of Damascus, and the condition of three of them was reported to be critical.
The conflict occurred when the Israeli soldiers entered the settlement and surrounded the Syrian youth.
The Zionist army claimed that the forces of the 210th brigade have taken action to arrest people affiliated with Jamaat-e-Islami in Beit Jen.
The army of this rim claimed that these people participated in the action against the Zionists.
Also, the Zionist army claimed: Armed people opened fire on our forces, and we responded and air support was provided to the forces in the area. We arrested people and killed some armed people. Our attack ended with the wounding of 6 of our soldiers and the killing of a number of saboteurs during the conflict.
Channel 12 of the Zionist regime’s TV announced that the air force of the regime’s army could not intervene to save them due to the proximity of the military forces to the people of Beit Jen region in Syria.
In this regard, the Hebrew-language Walla website emphasized that the army forces of the occupation regime fled from this area and abandoned their cars after the start of armed conflict with the residents of this area, and then the Air Force bombed these equipments.
