The continuation of the displacement of Zionists in the north of occupied Palestine a year after the ceasefire – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Manar, the Hebrew newspaper “Israel Hum” admitted in a report that one year after the cessation of war with Hezbollah in Lebanon, the reconstruction in the northern areas of occupied Palestine is progressing slowly, and while Netanyahu’s cabinet is formulating long-term plans for reconstruction, it is estimated that it will take about five years to return to the pre-war situation.
“Israel Hume” continued his report and added: In al-Mutla town (Metula), 52 percent of the residents have returned to their homes. In al-Manarah, half of the residents have not returned yet, and the situation is similar in “Shatola” as well. In towns like Admit and Miskaf Aam, 40% and in a town like Kiryat Shmoune, 30% of the residents have not returned to their places of residence.
According to real estate experts in the Zionist settlement of Kiryat Shemune, there are about 700 apartments for sale in the settlement, and on real estate websites, more than 200 ads for houses for sale and a similar number of apartments for rent can be found.
Elsewhere, Israel Hume’s report states that in the town of Kiryat Shemone, shops are in a deplorable condition, with almost 40% of them still not open, and with thousands of people not returning to the city, many of those who have returned to work are on the brink of economic collapse.
