Maduro: We will be victorious in defense of Venezuela – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said: We renew our commitment to defend national sovereignty against the imperialist threats of the extreme right.

He added: We will defend Venezuela against any threat and we will be victorious in the field.

The president of Venezuela had previously said in his speech that at this crucial moment, failure, laxity and shortness are forbidden for the existence of the republic.

In the gathering of political, security and armed forces officials, he added: No one, whether civilian, political, military or police, has any excuses. The motherland demands the highest level of effort and sacrifice from all of us.

The President of Venezuela called on all institutions and sections of society to take action with all their might to face the current challenges.

Maduro warned that the current situation in Venezuela requires the highest level of national coordination and any delay could have serious consequences for the country.
