According to Mehr news agency, quoted from RussiaUkrainian sources claimed that they have reached the 28-point peace plan of the United States to establish a ceasefire in this country.

According to Ukrainian sources, the American plan includes the following clauses:

“Providing conditional security guarantees to Ukraine;

Ukraine establishes neutrality and withdrawal from NATO in the constitution, and NATO confirms that Ukraine will never become a member;

limiting the number of armed forces of Ukraine to 600,000 people;

Ukraine remains a country without nuclear weapons;

Recognition of Russian sovereignty over the Crimean Peninsula and the People’s Republics Donetsk and Luhansk;

Provinces Kherson and Zaporozhye They are “frozen” in the line of military conflict;

creating a civilian buffer zone under Russian control;

Both sides undertake not to change the borders by force;

preventing the deployment of NATO forces in Ukraine;

deployment of NATO fighters in Poland;

the initiation of security dialogues between the United States, NATO, and Russia and the creation of a United States-Russia Working Group;

Russia legally establishes the policy of non-aggression against Ukraine and Europe;

The remaining frozen Russian assets are allocated to joint US-Russian projects;

gradual cancellation of sanctions against Russia;
