Kremlin: No official from Russia will participate in the talks in Istanbul

Peskov said: If the US special envoy Steve Witkoff or Turkish government officials consider it necessary to inform Putin about the meetings in Istanbul, he is ready to talk. Of course, there are still no definite plans for Putin’s contacts with Vitkaf or Turkish officials.
Dimitri Peskov continued: “The European Union has the right to be concerned about financing for Ukraine, especially after the corruption scandal in Ukraine and embezzlement in this country, this concern has increased even more.”
