According to Mehr news agency, citing Shahab, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) announced that hundreds of thousands of displaced people in the Gaza Strip are living without basic heating equipment as the cold season approaches.
The international organization added that more than 282,000 houses were either completely destroyed or damaged.
UNRWA stated: Tens of thousands of Palestinian families are forced to live in dilapidated tents amid the cold and rain.
This international organization emphasized that the Palestinian refugees are facing many problems in overcrowded areas due to the lack of services in the cold season.
Earlier, the Palestinian media mentioned that thousands of tents were drowned in the Gaza Strip after the rain.
