According to the report of Mehr news agency, quoted by Russia Al-Yum, local sources have reported hearing the sound of massive explosions in Al-Mezeh area of ​​Damascus.

Some sources have attributed the explosions to a possible drone attack.

The sound of emergency vehicles can be heard on the spot, and according to media reports, a thirty-year-old woman died in this incident and several others were injured. The explosion happened near Al-Rahman Mosque.

The official Syrian news agency also announced that an explosion occurred in al-Mezeh of Damascus and the authorities are investigating the dimensions of this incident.
