The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced that the country’s army has taken control of more than 25 square kilometers of the Zaporizhia region.
According to Isna, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced today (Monday) in an announcement that the Vostok (East) Group of the Russian Army took control of more than 25 square kilometers (9.6 square miles) during the liberation of settlements in the Zaporizhia region.
This announcement states: “During this operation, the units of this group took control of more than 25 square kilometers.”
The ministry announced that Ukraine suffered serious losses in its personnel, equipment and weapons during the attack by the Russian Vostok forces and added that the armed forces have taken control of five towns in the Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions in the last four days and this operation is still ongoing.
