According to RCO News Agency, the Uruguayan Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement expressing concern over the attack on the Zionist regime and urged Tel Aviv to pay attention to the health of its members and respect international law.
The Uruguayan government expresses its serious concern over the seizure of more than 5 ships belonging to the World Fleet, consisting of more than 5 from about 5 countries, by the Zionist regime, the statement said. These ships were moving to bring humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
The Uruguayan State Department has closely monitored the fleet’s status and is in direct contact with the three compatriots who were present in the fleet, as well as Zionist officials to ensure appropriate diplomatic and consular measures.
