US President Donald Trump and Islamic and Arab leaders are discussing ways to end the war in Gaza, according to the Mehr News Agency.

According to some media, the Saudi leaders, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan and Türkiye have been invited to attend the meeting.

A few minutes before the meeting, Trump said: “We meet with the leaders of Islamic and Arab countries about Gaza to strive to stop the war and restore Israeli captives.”

“This meeting is the most important meeting for me, because we will end the war,” he said.

“I will also talk to Netanyahu and want to end the war and release Israeli captives,” Trump said.

Trump’s meeting with a number of Arab and Islamic leaders on Gaza ended at the UN headquarters.
