At least four people were killed in the two areas of Riyasi and Remben in Indian -controlled Kashmir, according to the Mehr News Agency.

According to officials, two people were also missing in the incident. Seven members of a family were killed in a village in the Riyadi area, according to a police official.

Authorities say rescue operations continue to find the missing.

The heavy rainfall in the area has caused a lot of damage in the past few weeks, and the number of victims has exceeded 4 people and more than 5 are missing.

Dozens of damaged buildings and underwater main roads have been destroyed due to flooding.
