Istanbul’s possibility of hosting Putin and Zelnski was strengthened – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news

Turkish Vice President Judet Yilmaz announced the possibility of hosting a possible bilateral meeting between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelnski, respectively.

Yilmaz, referring to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s efforts to resolve the Ukrainian war, said: “Zelnski and Putin may meet in Istanbul.” Why not?

He added: “He (Erdogan) is a leader who both trusts. There were definitive results on cereals (Black Sea) and the exchange of prisoners. Türkiye is always an option to resolve the Ukrainian War.

Erdogan has announced that he is ready to develop peace process on Ukraine and organize possible talks between Russian and Ukrainian leaders. Türkiye has previously hosted three rounds of negotiations between the two countries.
