The Russian Federal Security Organization said in a statement Saturday that a Russian citizen in Saratov province was arrested on suspicion of the assassination of Mosucalik’s confession last April, arranged by Ukrainian security services.

A statement issued by the Russian Federal Security Organization said: The detained suspect has provided information about the Russian Air Force personnel, military facilities and vital infrastructure facilities in Saratov.

The Russian Federal Security Organization’s statement adds: The arrested citizen in Saratov is accused of transferring an explosive device to Moscow for the assassination of Maskalik.
