Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Indian Foreign Minister Subramaniam Jarshankar today at the Kremlin, according to the Mehr News Agency.
The talks were held at the Kremlin’s office, attended by Secretary of State Sergei Lavrov, First Deputy Prime Minister Dennis Mantorv, who heads the Russian-Hend Inter-State Commission on Commerce, Economics, Science, Technology and Cultural Cooperation, as well as Wina Kumar, the Ambassador to Delhi.
