Britain boycotted one person and four Iranian institutions – Mehr News Agency | News of Iran and the World
Britain announced sanctions against a person and four Iranian institutions, which, according to London, are part of Tehran’s transboundary activities, including in Ukraine and Israel, according to Mehr News Agency.
The sanctions include the blocking of Hossein Shamkhani’s assets and four companies active in shipping, petrochemicals and finance, Reuters quoted a statement on the output of the British Government Information Base.
According to London, the network has been active in facilitating the hostile activities of the Iranian government, including efforts to destabilize Britain and other countries.
According to Reuters, some companies covered by these sanctions are accused or guided by Hossein Shamkhani. Hossein Shamkhani, the son of Ali Shamkhani, a senior adviser to the revolutionary leader, was also under US sanctions last month.
