The Iraqi Supreme Judiciary Council on Sunday emphasized the strict implementation of the Board of Representatives and Justice and preventing the dissolved Ba’athist party from the Ba’ath Party.
The Council said in a statement that the council hosted a meeting attended by Judge Fayeq Zidane, the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council and the deputies of the Federal Court of Appeal and Bassem al -Badri, the chairman of the Board of Directors, along with a number of members of the board.
The meeting was discussed at the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Participants in the meeting agreed to accurately enforce the Board of Directors and to prevent the dissolved Ba’athist party with the Ba’ath party.
It was also agreed that the measures of this board would be transparent and not allowed to use this for purposes other than those mentioned in the law.
It is worth noting that the Iraqi government has identified the deadline for the country’s parliamentary elections on November 1 (Tuesday, November 5).
