Axius: Talks between Syria and Israel are held with US mediation – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news
According to the Mehr News Agency, the Axius news website announced that talks between Syrian rulers and the Zionist regime will take place on Thursday.
The talks will be held in the presence of the provisional officials of Syria and the Zionist regime, according to Alexius.
The talks will also be chaired by Tom Barack, US special envoy for Syria.
Axius quoted a senior Zionist official as saying: “There is a relative relaxation at the moment, but without a comprehensive agreement between the US, Israel and Syria, major problems will be resolved.”
White House spokesman Caroline Liwit said Monday that US President Donald Trump was dissatisfied with Israel’s air strikes against Syria last week and called on Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “calm” the situation.
A White House official told Axius that “BBC behaved like a psychic. He bomb the time and time. “This behavior can overshadow what Trump is trying to do.”
Another senior US official, referring to the bombing of a church in the Gaza Strip last week, which led to Trump’s contact with Netanyahu and explained him, quoted Trump as saying: “We seem to be waiting for something new every day. What do you do wrong? “
Another White House official also said that “within the Trump administration, there is a growing doubt about Netanyahu, and there is a feeling that his finger on his trigger is too restless and he is overwhelming. Netanyahu sometimes looks like an unbelievable baby! “
