The Iraqi Joint Operations Command announced Monday night that the Khormaleh oil field in Erbil province in the Kurdistan region was targeted with two drones, according to Mehr News Agency.

The Iraqi Joint Operations Command, in an anonymous statement, read the drone’s attack, saying that as a result of the attack, there were no human casualties and damages were limited to material aspects.

The statement emphasized that two invading drones were overthrown by US coalition forces.
