According to RCO News Agency, Ali Larijani, an adviser to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, told Al Jazeera: “We are currently reviewing the messages we have received from Washington about the resumption of talks.”

“After the war against us, we no longer trust the United States,” he said.

Iranian Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Arakchi in a note published in English on Wednesday in the Financial Times reported US messages to resume talks between Iran and the US.
