Aun’s latest stance on normalizing relations with Zionist regime – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said today (Friday) that the normalization of relations with Israel is currently not on the country’s foreign policy agenda.
In his remarks, Aoun said that the decision of the monopoly of weapons in the hands of the Lebanese government is certain and there is no return.
The Lebanese president also emphasized Beirut’s desire to establish strong relations with al -Julani on Syria -Lebanon relations.
He added: “There is a coordination between the security agencies of the two countries in terms of stability at the borders and Lebanon’s stability is as Syria’s stability.”
He further pointed to the continuation of the occupation of areas of Lebanon by the Zionist regime and the violation of international resolutions by the regime, saying that Israeli movements not only make it difficult to implement the resolution, but also cause instability in the south and the Birrut and other areas of Israel.
