Speaking in a speech, the Turkish president said in a statement that Israel’s repeated violations of cease -fire agreements have prevented sustainable stability in the region, but this time we are trying to prevent this from repeating it.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan made the remarks on Saturday to reporters on the presidential plane after returning from an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan to attend the 17th Economic Cooperation (ECO) summit in Khankandi.

Erdogan added: “The ceasefire between Iran and Israel has also provided the platform for a similar step in Gaza, and Hamas has repeatedly shown good faith in this regard.”

He also addressed the developments in Syria and said: “We have explicitly emphasized the red lines in Syria.” We will never accept a plan to legitimize terrorist organizations.

Erdogan also quoted the President of Azerbaijan as saying that Baku has announced its readiness to provide a variety of support to Syria in the field of natural gas.

The Turkish president pointed to the relations between his country and the US: I believe Trump will adhere to the agreement we have signed with him and will deliver the F -6 fighters to Turkey during his presidency.
