The US Secretary of Defense claimed that Iran was moving towards something like nuclear weapons.
According to RCO News Agency, US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegst said on Wednesday evening at a hearing against the Senate Defense Committee Sub -Defense Committee: “There are many signs that Iranians are moving towards something that looks like a nuclear weapon.”
The US Secretary of Defense claims while the US intelligence community has confessed that Iran is not building nuclear weapons.
“We have repeatedly said that US President Donald Trump is committed to peace in the Ukrainian crisis,” Pete Hegst said in a speech to the Ukrainian war. “Finally, peace is in our national interests, and we think it is in the interest of all two parties, even if this result is not preferable to many here and many in our country.”
“Although the United States admires Ukrainian efforts on the battlefield, it is important to stop violence and killing through peace through negotiation,” he said.
The US Secretary of Defense went on to say that the policy of the previous US, Russian and China government has “closer”.
He also claimed that Beijing “prefers a long -term conflict” between Russia and Ukraine to keep the United States “handle”.
