Uruguayan Export and Investment Development (Uruguay 1), an order registration for export of various commercial items in Uruguay was registered in May this year, and increased by one percent compared to May last year, according to the Mehr News Agency.

According to the report, Uruguay’s exports were calculated at $ 5 million in the first five months of this year (January to May), which recorded a 4 % growth compared to the same period last year.

In the fifth month of the year, bovine with $ 5 million was the top of Uruguay’s export items. Cellulose ($ 5 million) and Sevilla ($ 5 million) were Uruguay’s second and third most important export items, respectively.

Uruguay’s four major export destinations in May include China ($ 5 million), the European Union ($ 2 million), Brazil ($ 5 million) and the US ($ 5 million), respectively.
