Australian foreign ministers, New Zealand, Norway and Britain announced sanctions against internal security minister Ben Gavir and Zionist Finance Minister Smotoric, according to Mehr News Agency.

The statement said: Smutrich and Ben Gavir are involved in causing violence against the Palestinians. The violence of settlers in the West Bank is a Palestinian human rights abuse. We express our regret over the severe suffering of civilians in Gaza.

The statement also emphasized: We adhere to the two countries’ solutions.

On the other hand, British Foreign Minister David Lami said: “We have taken measures to account for Ben Gavir and Smotrich to provoke extremist violence.” The two took provocative measures in line with the widespread violation of Palestinian human rights.

“We are looking for an urgent ceasefire in Gaza and the release of Israeli captives with Hamas,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Financial Times quoted some sources as saying that sanctions against Smotoric and Ben Gavir are a major transformation in the British Labor Party’s approach to the Netanyahua cabinet.

On the other hand, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Ghar Storer said: “Israeli cabinet policy in Palestine does not bring peace and security.” International law violations in Gaza are rejected.

The French Foreign Ministry also said: “We call on the Israeli cabinet to allow immediate and extensive access to Gaza.”
