Putin: The illegitimate regime of Kiev has become a terrorist organization
“Ukraine’s recent terrorist acts on Russian territory are the result of decisions made by its political leadership,” the Russian president said on Wednesday.
According to RCO News Agency, Vladimir Putin stated that the “illegitimate regime of Kiev” has resorted to the organization of terrorist attacks in order to scare Russia after heavy defeats on the battlefield.
He called recent sabotage measures on the railway lines in the Bryansk and Korskas of Russia “undoubtedly a terrorist act” and added, “The decision to commit such crimes was definitely taken in Ukraine and by its political leadership.”
“The attack on the civilian population is intentional, and this is the only confirmation of our concern that the unholy regime, which once took power in Kiev, gradually becomes a terrorist organization and its supporters become terrorist accomplices,” Putin continued.
The Russian president accused the Ukrainian and his Western supporters of seeking Russian strategic defeat on the battlefield, but Kiev has changed his tactics following the rise and defeat on the fronts.
“Today, while (Ukraine) is enduring heavy casualties across the forefront, Kiev’s leadership has begun to organize terrorist acts to scare Russia,” Putin said.
He added that Ukrainian officials have called for the clashes at the same time and proposed to meet the highest level.
“How can a meeting be held under such circumstances?” Putin said. What do they want to talk about? Who is negotiating with those who rely on terror – with terrorists? “
The Russian president emphasized, “The power for the Kiev regime is apparently more important than peace and more important than human life.”
