Russia hopes to take the negotiations of Istanbul by Kiev
Russia’s deputy foreign minister today (Friday) said Russia hopes that the Ukrainian government will take the Istanbul talks seriously and take advantage of the opportunity to achieve a peaceful solution to the crisis.
