Pasinian is willing to change the constitution for peace with Azerbaijan

In September, the Republic of Azerbaijan began electricity operations in the disputed area of ​​Karabakh, which ended in less than four hours with the surrender of Armenian forces and complete control of Baku. Despite progress in the negotiations, there are obstacles to the final signature of the agreement. These same legal and symbolic differences in the basic texts of the two countries have slowed the process of achieving sustainable peace and have made the final agreement yet signed. However, both sides at the formal level emphasize their desire for peace, and consultations continue.
