Hamas emphasized the following:

First: There is no legitimacy and sovereignty for the occupation of any part of our occupied land, and our nation will defend its land with comprehensive resistance to fulfill the complete freedom of Palestine and establish an independent state in the capital of Quds.

Second: Call for national unity and an agreement on a shared campaign strategy that encompasses all Palestinian currents is an urgent and necessary task in the shadow of great challenges that surround our national issue; It is also a fundamental necessity to exploit the widespread support of the global resistance and support project, which was clearly evident in the Battle of the Al -Aqsa Storm.

Third: The Zionist occupation that lasted five years, especially the crimes and genocide that our people have faced in the Gaza Strip for nearly two years, reveals the US and Western bias, and the disgrace of all those who have been silent or stopped by these crimes.

Fourth: Quds and the Al -Aqsa Mosque are the main title of conflict with the enemy, and the occupation has no legitimacy nor sovereignty over even one. The al -Aqsa Mosque will always remain Islamic, and our nation has emphasized the eternal capital of Quds for Palestine and will not allow its signs to disappear or change historical and existing realities.

Fifth: The direct responsibility of the continuing suffering of millions of Palestinian refugees in the camps inside Palestine and in exile is to the Zionist occupation regime. The right to return these refugees to the lands they are driven out of is a legitimate right that cannot be ignored or briefly ignored. Therefore, we declare our opposition to the Anva Agency and eliminate its role, and we urge the United Nations and its affiliated institutions to take their legal and human responsibility in protecting the rights of refugees, providing them with the right to provide them with their return.

Eighth: We appreciate the honorable participation of all the forces of the Ummah in Lebanon, Yemen and Iraq in support of our nation and resistance, and we praise all the official and popular positions opposed to the Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip, as well as the global movements of solidarity with the nation and our fair issue. We call on all the people and activists of the solidarity and supporters of Palestinian rights to continue and strengthen this support with all means, in all capitals, cities and squares around the world, and to strive to stop the rape and war of the Zionist enemy against the Gaza Strip by pressing the governments and governments of the occupation regime.
