Reuters quoted an official as saying that US President Donald Trump will not travel to Istanbul in negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.
According to Reuters, the official announced the absence of Trump after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the Moscow delegation for negotiations.
Trump had not previously denied the presence of Russian -Ukraine talks, scheduled to take place in Istanbul today (Thursday).
The Russian delegation will be led by Vladimir Madinsky, the Kremlin adviser. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galzine, Igor Casticov, head of the Central Office of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and Russian Defense Minister Alexander Fumin are other members of the delegation.
