Chairman of the European Commission: Return on Russian energy dependence is a historical mistake

According to RCO News Agency, European Commission Chairman Orrsula von Derlow warns today (Wednesday) that if Ukraine did not reach a peace agreement with Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin may launch wider attacks.
