Iran and the United States have held four rounds of indirect negotiations to mediate Oman to resolve Iran’s nuclear issue, according to Mehr News Agency. However, the time of the fourth round of these talks is still unclear.

Accordingly, the US State Department said: “We do not approve our participation in the fourth round of talks with Iran.”

A new round of talks with the Iranian side will be held, but its date has not yet been determined, the statement said.

The statement comes after US President Donald Trump has recently made new rhetoric against Iran.

He threatened in recent hours: Any country that buys oil from Iran will not be allowed to trade with the United States.
