Baqaei: Oman will still be mediators of Iran -US negotiations
A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, appreciating Oman for hosting the indirect Iran -US negotiations, wrote: Oman will still play this important role.
According to RCO News Agency, Ismail Baqaei, spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran, announced the departure of the Iranian negotiating team on Saturday evening.
Baqaei wrote on the X -Social Network: Foreign Minister Dr. Arakchi is returning from Muscat to Tehran after an indirect conversation with the US President’s Special Representative about the lifting of sanctions and the nuclear issue.
“We thank Oman and Badr bin Hamad al -Busaidi for hosting and medifying these conversations,” he wrote.
