Putin and Witakaf’s 1.5 -hour meeting was about Ukraine

Putin and Witakaf met early today at the Presidential Library in St. Petersburg, according to ISNA. Their meeting began at around 9:50 pm Greenwich time and lasted more than four and a half hours.

The Kremlin said in a statement: The Russian president met with US President Special Envoy Steve Witakaf. The meeting was dedicated to the resolution aspects of the Ukrainian issue.
